By completing a purchase, the customer ("Purchaser" or "You") expressly agrees to be bound by the terms outlined within this policy document.
2. Non-Refundable Nature
All products and services sold on our platform are classified as digital products and online services. Accordingly, any and all sales executed on this platform are wholly restricted and inherently final. We enforce a strict No Refund policy. No monetary redemptions shall be issued for purchases made under any circumstances, barring any specific discrepancies that run counter to prevailing consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction of India.
3. Prohibition of Cancellation
Given the instantaneous nature of delivery associated with our digital merchandise and service authorizations, an order, once confirmed and executed by our payment processing system, may not be rescinded. Thus, a No Cancellation policy applies firmly. Your active subscription or ad-hoc digital authorization begins immediately upon the successful capture of the respective transaction.
4. Distribution and Shipping Terms
The primary modality of the products and services rendered to you does not necessitate physical delivery. As a digital product, there is no shipping required. Should any ancillary physical materials become a prerequisite for delivering any part of our service offering, please be formally apprised that our shipping and fulfillment capabilities are strictly limited to locations within the territory of India. We shall exclusively bear the obligation to ship to a legally valid address in India, and no international fulfillment will be undertaken.
