This document serves as the binding Shipping and Exchange procedure code established by Gusion QR ("Vendor", "We", or "Us").

2. Non-Exchangeable Commodities

Due to the intrinsic digital attributes and personalized execution associated with our offerings, all transactions are subject to a firm policy whereby No Exchanges are available. The Purchaser shall not possess any explicit or implied right to solicit an alternative configuration, a replacement service tier, or analogous substitutions for any distinct digital provision delivered pursuant to a completed order structure.

Any physical components occasionally purveyed in connection with our primary digital service (such as promotional or administrative deliverables shipped solely within India) remain strictly subject to these indistinguishable constraints, prohibiting formal exchanges without caveat.
