Welcome to Gusion QR. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gusion QR platform located at qr.gusion.in (“Service”). Gusion QR is a product powered by Om Softwares.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Additionally, the Om Softwares Terms of Service are also applicable and incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

• “Gusion QR” - The reputation management platform at qr.gusion.in
• “User,” “You” - Any individual or entity using our Service
• “Business” - A Google Business Profile connected to our Service
• “Content” - Reviews, replies, and other data processed through our Service

3. Account Terms

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any security breaches
• You may not share your account credentials

4. Service Description

Gusion QR provides:

• Integration with Google Business Profile to fetch and display reviews
• AI-powered review response suggestions using Google Gemini
• Automated review reply posting to Google
• QR code generation for review collection
• Analytics and reporting on review performance
• Team collaboration features

5. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you:

• Authorize us to access and read your business reviews
• Authorize us to post replies on your behalf when you approve them
• Confirm you have authority to manage the connected business
• Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service

You may disconnect your Google account at any time through your account settings.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate review responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions
• You should edit AI content to match your brand voice
• Auto-reply features post content automatically based on your settings

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free Trial

We offer a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.

7.2 Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Add-on credits can be purchased separately

7.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Contact support for refund requests. Add-on credits are non-refundable once used.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the Google review system
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Service
• Use automated tools to access our Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Upload malware or malicious content

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Om Softwares. You retain ownership of your business content and data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties
• We are not liable for any Google API changes or outages
• We are not responsible for the content of reviews or replies
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gusion QR, Om Softwares, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through account settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ends
• You may request data export before account deletion

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
